Returnable situations
You can apply for a return or exchange in the following cases:

Return and Refund Process

- We will reply whether you meet the return conditions within 2 to 3 working days. Please turn on the email notification and wait patiently for our reply.
- After confirming that the return criteria are met, we will provide a return address. Please do not send the package back by yourself before receiving the confirmation email. We are not responsible for such returns.
- After receiving the return, we will process the refund within 2 working days. The refund will be returned to the original route.
About the refund arrival time
If you have not received the refund, please follow the steps below:
- Please confirm your bank account or payment account record first;
- Contact your credit card company or bank, and some refunds may be received within 10 to 15 working days (depending on the policy of your issuing bank);
- If it is still not received, please contact us by email immediately, and we will reply to you within 2 to 3 working days.
