Order Processing Time
- We will process your order within 1 to 2 business days after you place the order and complete the payment.

- After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number (tracking number).
Delivery Methods and Estimated Time
We currently offer the following two delivery methods (within the United States only):
- Standard delivery: delivered within 8-10 business days
- Expedited delivery: delivered within 6-8 business days
- All orders placed on the wynira shop over $20 are eligible for free shipping.
Package Delay and Compensation Policy
We understand the inconvenience of delayed delivery, so we provide you with the following protection measures:
- If your package is not received more than 30 days from the date of shipment, we will refund you in full.
- If the package is not delivered as expected, please submit an inquiry request through the website, and we will respond within 12 hours and assist in the investigation.
- If the logistics information shows “delivered”, but you have not received it, please:
- Check the door, front porch, garage, mailbox, stairs and neighbors for collection;
- Contact the delivery company for further verification;

Importance of address information
To ensure the smooth delivery of the package, please be sure to:
- Please fill in the complete address accurately when placing an order, including house number, street, city, state and zip code; Confirm that there are no spelling errors or missing addresses;
- If you find an address error after placing an order, please contact us by email as soon as possible to modify it;
- Once the package is shipped, we will not be able to change the address or intercept the delivery. We are not responsible for undeliverable, lost or returned items due to incorrect addresses.
